Evaluation is based on: 80 points for price, 20 points for specific goals (preference points). Functionality and preference points will be clarified during the compulsory virtual briefing on 17 June 2026 at 10:00AM. Attendance at the briefing is mandatory for eligibility.

Compliance with South African legislation, including the Water Services Act, Public Finance Management Act, and Public Audit Act. B-BBEE status may be considered as part of preference points (specific goals).

Evaluation criteria: 80 points for price, 20 points for specific goals (preference points). Functionality and preference points will be clarified during the compulsory virtual meeting on 17 June 2026 at 10:00AM.
