Mandatory technical requirements (non‑compliance leads to disqualification):
1. Validation reagents and consumables supplied at supplier cost (letter of commitment required).
2. Stand‑alone benchtop system.
3. Sequence‑specific hydrolysis probes (FAM, HEX or TAMRA) with ≥2 optical channels (brochure/specification proof).
4. Supply of all required reagents and consumables (polymerase, reverse transcriptase, kits, plasticware, barcoded reagents, primers, probes, cDNA reagents) – see volume estimates on p.35.
5. Compatibility with both RNA and DNA input material.
6. Delivery, installation, commissioning and post‑installation validation certificate (including calibration kits at supplier cost).
7. 5‑year service/maintenance plan including a 2‑year warranty and replacement parts.
8. Software features: protocol upload/download, result export, sample editing, run monitoring, plate layout editing, self‑test, user‑friendly interface.
9. Precision ~10 %, dead volume ≤5 %, mutation detection limit <0.0001 %.
10. Optimised workflow to minimise hands‑on time.
11. IS conversion kit for BCR::ABL1 IS% validation, compatible with GUSB.
Deliverables: digital PCR instrument, reagents, consumables, installation, validation certificate, 5‑year service and maintenance contract.
