B-BBEE: CSD full report with ownership information is required. CIDB registration verification for construction-related works. Professional registrations for key personnel. POPI Act compliance: Submit FORM C (POPI Notice and Consent). Declaration of past SCM practices (FORM D), declaration of interest (FORM E), and good standing regarding tax (FORM G) are mandatory. Contractual Terms
