Scope: Maintenance of the National Arts Council's main entrance roller door for 24 months on an ad hoc basis. Required activities: 1) Inspection and Assessment – inspect the condition of the roller door system and conduct a comprehensive inspection. 2) Maintenance and Servicing – service the roller door motor and drive mechanism, and repair minor faults identified during inspection. 3) Functional Testing – conduct operational testing after maintenance and repairs, and ensure compliance with applicable Occupational Health and Safety requirements. The service provider must also repair identified defects and worn components, and ensure safe and reliable operation of the roller door.
