Scope: Calibration and repairs of test equipment for 12 months. Equipment includes: EXFO OTDR FTB-200 (Module FTB-7500E), EXFO OLTS FOT-930, EXFO FTB-2-PRO-S1-64G/FTB-8510G Packet Blazer, EXFO FTB-2 5240s-p-hpw, Sumitomo DCM Fusion Splicer Type 71C, EXFO Fibre Inspection Probe FIP400 & USB Converter. Deliverables: (1) Perform calibration as requested, (2) Issue calibration certificates for each unit, (3) Recommend software upgrades to align with industry standards, (4) Diagnose faults, provide comprehensive reports, and quote for repairs (only after approval), (5) Provide warranty for repairs, (6) Supply loan equipment (similar capability) at preferred pricing if repairs exceed 10 days. Standards: Must meet ITU and MEF requirements.
