Price & Specific Goals: 80 points for price (lowest acceptable price benchmark), 20 points for specific goals (Historically Disadvantaged Individuals=8, Women=7, Disabled=5).

Key Deliverables:

• Photography Services: Professional photographer with corporate portrait experience; manage session efficiently; available for 4 hours on site; setup completed 45 minutes before meeting.
• Equipment and Setup: Supply all cameras, lenses, lighting, backdrop, and ensure consistent quality and safety.
• Make-up Artist: Provide a professional make-up artist on site with all necessary products.
• Image Consistency: Ensure uniform pose pattern, lighting, and backdrop across all participants; capture mix of close-up, half-length, and full-length portraits.
• Image Editing and Delivery: Edit images to professional standard; deliver high-resolution images within 2 days after photoshoot; organise files clearly; transfer full usage rights to Postbank.
• Location and Conduct: Venue within Gauteng (Johannesburg/Pretoria); comply with venue access, security, health and safety requirements; conduct professionally.

• Mandatory: Minimum 5 years' proven experience in professional corporate, executive, or publication-ready photography.
• Submit a detailed company profile indicating years in operation and a portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
• Provide at least 3 signed client reference letters from the last 5 years confirming delivery of professional photography services.

• Pricing evaluation: Only bidders who pass mandatory and functionality thresholds (70 points) will have their pricing evaluated.
• Evaluation method: 80/20 preference point system (80 points for price, 20 points for specific goals).
• Cost breakdown: Submit a detailed, transparent breakdown covering: professional photography fees, make-up artist services, equipment and setup, editing and post-production, image delivery, and any additional costs.
• Pricing format: All prices must be VAT inclusive (if VAT registered) and quoted in South African Rand (ZAR). Provide on official company letterhead.
• Payment terms: Postbank will not pay upfront. No price changes after Purchase Order/Award Letter is issued.
• Warranty: Service provider warrants pricing is error-free and can deliver at quoted price.

• Mandatory documents: Valid tax clearance certificate and company registration documents must be submitted.
• B-BBEE: Specific goals (including B-BBEE) account for 20 points in the evaluation.
• General compliance: Bidders must adhere to General Conditions of Contract as prescribed by National Treasury. Complete and sign all Standard Bidding Documents (SBDs) and Annexures.

• The service provider must be available for 4 hours on 30 July 2026 and complete setup at least 45 minutes before the Board meeting starts.
• The service provider must ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and respectful handling of all images and participant information.
• By submitting a bid, the service provider confirms acceptance of the project’s expectations, scope, and delivery timelines.
