• The quotation must be on your business letterhead and include an Excel spreadsheet.
• Late submissions will not be considered.
• You must submit the official forms provided (SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1) without retyping them.
• Attach required documents: certified copy of ID, CSD full registration report, B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, CIPC documents.
• Failure to provide any required particulars may render your bid invalid.

Only bidders registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) with a valid CSD number will be considered. Bidders must not be persons in the service of the state, companies with directors who are persons in the service of the state, or close corporations with members who are persons in the service of the state. Must submit all required documentation including BBBEE verification for preference points. Foreign suppliers must complete the questionnaire and may need SARS tax compliance. Must comply with tax obligations and provide SARS PIN or TCS certificate.

• Construction: 6 hinge door base unit, single hinge door cupboard with top door and open shelving unit veneer.
• Finish: SATIN Black MDF Duco, MDF Duco colours in Standard Black, Antique Mahogany Veneer.
• Features: 2 x glass doors on right-hand section above the 2 x wooden base doors.

• GM Regulatory Wall Unit specifications:

• Dimensions: 2700mm (width) x 450mm (depth) x 2100mm (height).
• Construction: 6 hinge door base unit, single hinge door cupboard with top door and open shelving unit veneer.
• Finish: SATIN Black MDF Duco, MDF Duco colours in Standard Black, Antique Mahogany Veneer.

• Prices quoted must be valid for 90 days from the tender closing date.
• Prices must be firm and inclusive of VAT.
• A firm delivery period must be indicated in the quotation.

• Mandatory registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) with a CSD number.
• Submit tax compliance status: Provide your SARS Personal Identification Number (PIN) or a printed Tax Compliance Status (TCS) certificate. If no TCS PIN, provide your CSD number.
• For consortia/joint ventures/sub-contractors: each party must submit a separate TCS certificate/PIN/CSD number.
• Submit a B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate or Sworn Affidavit (for EMEs & QSEs) to qualify for preference points.
• Persons in the service of the state, or companies/directors/close corporation members in the service of the state, are not eligible.
• Foreign suppliers must complete a questionnaire regarding residency, branch, establishment, income, and tax liability in South Africa.

• The tender uses the 80/20 preference point system.
• A maximum of 80 points is allocated for price.
• A maximum of 20 points is allocated for specific goals, which are:

• Enterprises owned by black women (5 points).
• Entities owned by youth (5 points).
• Entities owned by black people (5 points).
• Entities that are small, medium and micro enterprises (5 points).

• Failure to submit proof for specific goals means no points will be awarded.
• The organ of state may require substantiation of any preference claim.
