• Scope: Conduct a comprehensive Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Management System Maturity Assessment for Land Bank.
• Key tasks include assessing current state across governance, risk, monitoring, reporting, technology; benchmarking against frameworks; identifying gaps; evaluating regulatory alignment; providing maturity ratings and recommendations; developing an implementation roadmap; and presenting findings.
• Minimum Functional Requirements:
• Firm must have ≥5 years’ experience in Compliance Maturity Assessments, preferably in public sector or regulated environments.
• Submit at least three recent, contactable client references for similar AML/governance/risk/compliance maturity work.
• Provide company profile, detailed Project Plan, and comprehensive Resource Plan with team structure, roles, qualifications, and timelines.
