• Quotations may be sent via email to [email protected] or uploaded to Microsoft OneDrive and shared with the same address.
• All information and documentation listed in the RFQ must be included, including the returnable documents (SBD1, SBD4, Tax Clearance, B‑BBEE certificate, Preference Point Claim Form, CSD registration proof).
• The bid must be signed and the bidder must acknowledge having read every page of the RFQ.
• Bids must remain valid for the period stated in the “Bid Validity Period” (60 days).

Stage 1 – Compliance Evaluation: bidder must submit all returnable documents and be CSD‑registered; incomplete submissions are disqualified. Stage 2 – Mandatory Criteria: must hold a current PSIRA certificate, be registered with SAIDSA, possess a valid ICASA licence, and attend the mandatory site visit; non‑compliance leads to disqualification. Standards: SANS 2220‑1‑1 (alarm installation), SANS 10142 (electrical installation), ICASA electromagnetic standards, Telecommunications Act EMC limits, operation during power failure, real‑time timestamped event logs, high‑quality sensors, compliance with OH&S Act, valid firearm licence (Firearm Control Act 2000).

Bid must be valid for 60 days from the closing date. Pricing must be inclusive of all taxes and cover the full scope of services.
