Must demonstrate similar project experience (>R30,000): 5+ projects=50 points, 3-4=30, 1-2=20. Must score minimum 60 points in Stage 2 (Functionality). Must not be in service of the state. Tax affairs must be in order. Must not be in arrears with municipal rates >30 days.

• All bid prices must be inclusive of 15% Value-Added Tax.
• Prices must be firm for the duration of the contract; no price adjustments will be considered.
