• Submit your quotation online via the designated eTender Portal.
• The closing date and time is 07 July 2026 at 11:00 South African Standard Time. Late submissions will not be accepted.

• Scope: Supply of WiCode multi-retailer vouchers redeemable at major retail outlets to support the NLC's Ethics Recognition Initiative.
• Detailed Requirements:

1. Type of Voucher: WiCode Multi-Retailer Vouchers.

2. Value per Voucher: R1,000.00.

3. Quantity: 40 vouchers.

4. Validity Period: Minimum of 12 months from date of issue.

5. Redemption: Usable at participating retail outlets nationwide.

6. Procurement Method: Through an approved service provider capable of supplying WiCode vouchers.

7. Urgency: Vouchers are required as soon as possible.

• The supplier must be capable of procuring and supplying the specified vouchers.

• The NLC insists that bidders demonstrate commitment to B-BBEE in ownership, skills transfer, employment equity, and procurement practices.
• Bidders must comply with the National Industrial Participation Programme if the contract has imported content.
• Quotations must be submitted in English.

• The NLC conducts regular supplier performance reviews against contract deliverables.
• Non-performance will be addressed with formal letters stating remedial actions.
• The NLC reserves the right to perform due diligence, including physical inspections, reference checks, and financial stability assessments.

• A pricing schedule is provided for the supply of 40 WiCode multi-retailer vouchers.
