• Item 5: Unisex Short Sleeved T-Shirts. Colour: Castleton Green. Texture: 65/35% cotton twill. Sizes: Various.

• Officials will require fittings.
• Winning supplier must present samples before final purchase.
• Logo sizes and colours will be provided to the winning bidder and must be included in the total cost.
• Each item must be packaged separately in a box.
• All delivery costs and applicable taxes (VAT, PAYE, income tax, UIF, SDL) must be included in the bid price.

• No specific experience or qualification requirements stated for bidders.
• Disqualification may occur for submitting fraudulent information regarding experience or B-BBEE credentials.

• Quotation must be firm and inclusive of VAT where applicable.
• All delivery costs and applicable taxes (VAT, PAYE, income tax, UIF, SDL) must be included in the bid price.
• Price validity: 90 days from the closing date.
• No goods/services should be delivered before an official purchase order or appointment letter is received.

• Submit proof of registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) – provide CSD (MAAA) number.
• Tax compliance: Submit Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or printed TCS certificate. If no TCS PIN, provide CSD number.
• For consortia/joint ventures/sub-contractors, each party must submit separate TCS certificate/PIN/CSD number.
• B-BBEE: Submit SANAS/CIPC accredited B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit to claim preference points.
• Submit CIPC Ownership Certificate.
• Submit completed and signed SBD 4 and SBD 6.1 documents.
• Persons in the service of the state, or companies with directors who are, are not eligible to bid.
• Disqualification reasons include non-compliant tax status, fraudulent information, false declarations, or listing on the National Treasury's Database of Restricted Suppliers.

• Safety specs: UV protection, infra-red filter, anti-fog, anti-scratch, anti-static, anti-UV.
• Safety Leather Boots: Suitable for long-distance walking on uneven terrain.
• Snake Gaiters: ASI approved, water-resistant.

• Quotation must be valid for 90 days from the closing date. DFFE may extend validity with written notice; bidders must respond in writing to be considered.
• Accepted RFQs will be communicated via official purchase order or formal appointment letter on DFFE letterhead.
• No goods/services should be delivered before receiving an official order.
• DFFE reserves the right to accept any offer in full or in part.
• Failure to deliver within agreed timelines may result in order cancellation and possible inclusion on the National Treasury's Database of Restricted Suppliers.
• Submit completed and signed SBD 4 and SBD 6.1 documents.
• DFFE follows POPIA principles for personal information protection.
