Johannesburg Water requires a suitably qualified and experienced Project Management Resource to support and oversee the GRAP 104 implementation project. The resource will augment internal capacity, focusing on project planning, coordination, monitoring, reporting, and oversight of the GRAP 104 implementation service provider. Scope of work: Project Management Support: Develop and maintain a detailed GRAP 104 implementation project plan (milestones, timelines, deliverables, dependencies); Coordinate all project activities; Establish and manage project governance structures (steering committees, working groups); Monitor project progress and provide regular updates on status, risks, issues, and dependencies; Ensure effective coordination between Johannesburg Water, internal stakeholders, and the service provider; Identify project risks/issues and implement mitigation strategies; Maintain project documentation (action logs, risk registers, issue logs, decision registers); Escalate critical matters to management; Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and methodologies. GRAP 104 Implementation Oversight: Provide oversight of the service provider; Ensure delivery aligns with contractual obligations, scope, and timelines; Review outputs, deliverables, and methodologies; Monitor progress and resolve issues; Align deliverables with GRAP requirements and organisational objectives; Support integration of GRAP 104 into financial reporting; Ensure documentation, review, and approval of deliverables.
