• Check system performance and service three flow meter test benches:
• One gravimetric bench (check pump).
• Two volumetric benches (check motor and compressor).

Quantity: 3 benches.

• Replace the stop button on the timer indicator (timer functionality includes universal dual channel frequency, speed counter, totalizer, and position indicator).

Quantity: 3 timers.

• Provide a service report.

Quantity: 1 report.

• Mandatory requirement: Provide one relevant reference letter, not older than 2 years, for maintenance of water meter testing equipment.
• Additional mandatory requirements for bidders:

1. Fully complete the Bill of Quantities (BOQ)/Specification where applicable.

2. Attend compulsory site briefing where applicable.

3. Attach datasheet, reference letter, proof of certification, proof of accreditation, or functionality requirements where applicable.

4. No RFQ will be considered from persons in the service of the state.

5. No bidder blacklisted by National Treasury or any national authority for non-performance will be considered.

6. All quotes must be in PDF format (MS Word, Excel, or pictures not allowed) and on company letterhead.

7. Submit a properly signed Joint Venture Agreement where applicable.

• Provide a service report upon completion of the work.
• Provide one relevant reference letter, not older than 2 years, for maintenance of water meter testing equipment as proof of experience and quality.

• Total quotation value must include all applicable taxes (VAT, PAYE, income tax, UIF contributions, skills development levies). Failure to include taxes will lead to disqualification.
• Only firm prices are accepted. Non-firm prices (including prices subject to exchange rate variations) will not be considered.
• Use the provided Pricing Schedule (MBD 3.1) to submit your pricing.
• The offer must be valid for 60 days from the closing date.
• All delivery costs must be included in the bid price for delivery at the prescribed destination.
• Bidders must declare that they do not owe municipal rates/taxes in arrears for more than three months.

• All suppliers must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Submit a valid B-BBEE certificate or a sworn affidavit compliant with B-BBEE Practice Guide. Non-compliant affidavits will score zero.
