• Submit your quotation via the E-tender portal at https://www.etenders.gov.za/. Use your Central Supplier Database (CSD) credentials to log in.
• Quotations must be submitted by the closing date and time: 27 July 2026 at 16:00. Late submissions will not be accepted.
• Your quotation must be on your company letterhead and submitted as a PDF file. MS Word, Excel, or picture files are not allowed.
• You must include all applicable taxes in your total quotation value. Failure to do so will lead to disqualification.
• You must attach a valid B-BBEE certificate or a sworn affidavit that complies with the B-BBEE Practice Guide. Non-compliant affidavits will score zero.
• You must complete and sign all attached MBD forms (MBD 4, MBD 8, MBD 9, etc.).
• You must provide proof of CSD registration (MAAA supplier number).

• A site visit is required.

• You must attach datasheets, reference letters, proof of certification, proof of accreditation, and functionality requirements where applicable.

• You must complete the Pricing Schedule (MBD 3.1) with firm prices only.
• Non-firm prices, including those subject to exchange rate variations, will not be considered.
• If different delivery points influence pricing, submit a separate pricing schedule for each delivery point.
• You must confirm you do not owe municipal rates/taxes in arrears for more than three months.
• You must confirm no contracts were terminated in the past five years due to failure to perform or comply.

• You must submit a pricing schedule (MBD 3.1) with firm prices only. Non-firm prices, including those subject to exchange rate variations, will not be considered.
• Your total bid price must include all applicable taxes (VAT, PAYE, income tax, UIF contributions, skills development levies).
• All delivery costs must be included in the bid price for delivery to the prescribed destination.

• No bids will be considered from persons in the service of the state.
• No bidder who is blacklisted by National Treasury or any national authority for non-performance will be considered.

• The quotation offer must be valid for 60 days from the closing date.
• You must specify the brand, model, and country of origin for items.
• You must confirm if your offer complies with the specifications and note any deviations.
• You must state the period required for delivery and confirm if delivery is firm.
• You must specify the delivery basis.
• All delivery costs must be included in the bid price.
• All applicable taxes (VAT, PAYE, income tax, UIF, skills levies) must be included.

• The evaluation uses the 80/20 preference point system.
• 80 points are for price, 20 points are for specific goals (B-BBEE status).
• Specific goals include being an SMME (EME or QSE) that is 51% or more black-owned. Proof required is a valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
