Scope: Supply materials and repair damaged manholes, pavement, and storm water drains.

Deliverables include (refer to the detailed Bill of Quantities):

• Supply and installation of various concrete manhole covers, GRP covers, and leads (items 1-8).
• Supply and installation of concrete channel covers, stainless steel gratings, and angle iron (items 9-10, 12-15).
• Construction of brick garden walls, interlock brick pavement, and related earthworks (items 11, 16-18).
• Supply and construction of drywall, installation of ceramic floor tiles, and wooden doors (items 24-26).
• All work must comply with the provided specifications and quantities.

Mandatory Requirements for Bidders:

• Full completion of the Bill of Quantities (BOQ)/Specification is required.
• Attendance at the compulsory site briefing is mandatory.
• You must attach a datasheet, reference letter, and proof of certification/accreditation where applicable.
• Bidders must not be persons in the service of the state.
• Bidders blacklisted by National Treasury or any National Authority for non-performance will not be considered.
• A CIDB grading of GB 1 or above is required.

• The scope involves specific construction and repair activities as detailed in the Bill of Quantities.
• Key tasks include excavation, compaction, laying of materials, installation of covers/gratings, brickwork, tiling, and painting.
• You must follow the specified methods, such as digging 1m deep, compacting with G 05 soil, and laying DPC river sand before paving.

• You must submit a signed reference letter on your company letterhead as proof of having successfully completed a similar project before.
• Bidders must have a CIDB grading of GB 1 or above.

• Use the Pricing Schedule (MBD 3.1) to submit firm prices.
• The schedule must include item numbers, descriptions, quantities, unit prices, and total prices.
• Calculate subtotal, VAT at 15%, and grand total inclusive of all taxes.
• If different delivery points influence pricing, submit a separate schedule for each.
• All delivery costs must be included in the bid price.

• You must submit firm prices only. Prices subject to exchange rate variations or non-firm prices will not be considered.
• Use the provided Pricing Schedule (MBD 3.1). Include unit prices, quantities, subtotal, VAT at 15%, and a grand total inclusive of all applicable taxes.
