Submissions must be made via the e-Tender portal (https://www.etenders.gov.za/). Quotations must be on company letterhead and submitted in PDF format (MS Word, Excel, or image files are not accepted). Ensure all MBD forms are duly completed and signed. Late submissions will not be accepted.

The tender follows an 80/20 preference point system, where 80 points are allocated for price and 20 points for specific goals as per the PPPFA 2022 regulations.

Requirement is for the annual renewal of a TreeSize Professional 5-user license (1 pack of 5 users). The renewal includes maintenance and support.

Only firm prices are accepted. The total quotation value must be inclusive of all applicable taxes; failure to include taxes will lead to disqualification. All delivery costs must be included in the bid price.

Mandatory documents include: Valid Tax Clearance Certificate or SARS PIN, valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, municipal account statement or lease agreement (not older than 3 months and not in arrears for more than 90 days), proof of CSD registration (MAAA number), company registration documents with director IDs, and completed MBD 4, 8, 9, and 6.1 forms. Bidders must not be in the service of the state or blacklisted by the National Treasury.

Closing date is 20 May 2026 at 16:00. No briefing session is required.
