Submissions must be made via the National Treasury e-Tender portal (https://www.etenders.gov.za/). Quotations must be on company letterhead and submitted in PDF format (MS Word, Excel, or image files are not accepted). Ensure all MBD forms are completed and signed. Late submissions will be disqualified.

The tender follows the 80/20 preference point system, where 80 points are allocated for price and 20 points for specific goals as per the PPPFA 2022. Bidders must include all applicable taxes in their total quotation value to avoid disqualification.

Requirement: Supply and deliver two (2) 86-inch screens. Specifications include: 4K UHD (3840x2160) resolution, D-LED touchscreen (or equivalent), 20-point multi-touch, ≥350 nits brightness, 60Hz refresh rate, 8 CPU cores, 12GB RAM, 128GB ROM, built-in 4K camera (≥8MP), 24-microphone array with noise cancellation, and stereo speakers (min 5x15W). Must support Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or equivalent, and include wireless screen sharing (AirPlay/Miracast/Google Cast).

Only firm prices will be accepted. All delivery costs must be included in the bid price. The total quotation value must be inclusive of all applicable taxes (VAT, PAYE, UIF, etc.).

Mandatory documents: Valid Tax Clearance/SARS PIN, valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, municipal rates/taxes statement (not older than 90 days), completed MBD 4 (Declaration of Interest), MBD 8 (Declaration of past SCM practices), MBD 9 (Certificate of Independent Proposal Determination), MBD 6.1 (Preference points claim), CSD registration proof (MAAA number), and company registration documents with director ID copies. Joint Venture agreements must be signed by all parties if applicable.
