Submit bids in a sealed envelope marked with the project name (SCM/TSW/24/2025-2026) and number, deposited in the tender box at: 01 Bosman Street, Civic Centre, Bultfontein, 9670. The 80/20 preference point system applies. Price scoring uses the formula: Np = 80[1 – (Pt – Pmin)/Pmin], where Pt is the bidder’s price and Pmin is the lowest responsive bid. Specific Goals points are awarded based on B-BBEE ownership levels (CSD report and ID copy required). If tied, the bid with the highest Specific Goals points wins; if still tied, the highest functionality score wins. Arithmetical errors are corrected per F.3.9. Non-responsive bids are rejected.

Supply and delivery of 9400m² of grey 80mm interlocking paving blocks to Bultfontein Technical Department Offices. The service provider must be a single legal entity (sub-contracting or joint ventures permitted but must be disclosed). All staff must be adequately trained prior to contract commencement. The municipality reserves the right to inspect offices and verify resources. No alternative bids are accepted. The bid must cover the entire scope; partial bids are not allowed.
