Submit bids in a clearly marked, sealed envelope endorsed "SLM RFQ: 44/2026 Supply and delivery IT Equipment" or via email to [email protected] before 16h00 on 22 July 2026.

• Incomplete quotations or missing MBD forms will disqualify the bidder.
• Bid validity period: 90 days.
• Late or incomplete bids will not be accepted.
• The municipality reserves the right to accept the lowest bid, any bid, or part of a bid.
• Execution must occur within 7 days of award.
• Only one service provider will be awarded the contract.

Bidders must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD). Must be within a 300km radius of the Siyathemba Municipality Main Building. Must not be in the service of the state or have conflicts of interest as declared in MBD 4. Must have a clean supply chain history (no listing on restricted suppliers database, no tender defaulters, no recent fraud convictions) as per MBD 8. Must submit a valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.

• 2 x Laptops: i7 13th Gen @ 3.1GHz, 16GB DDR4 RAM, 1TB storage, Windows 11 Pro, Office 2021 Pro, Full HD 15-inch display.
• 3 x 15.6-inch Full HD Portable Panel Monitors.
• 4 x High-quality laptop backpacks.
• 4 x Wireless mice.
• All prices must include delivery to Siyathemba Municipality in Prieska.
• Bidders must be within a 300km radius of the Siyathemba Municipality Main Building.

Bidder qualifications:

• Must be within a 300km radius of Siyathemba Municipality Main Building.
• Must provide evidence of functionality, experience, accreditation, and compliance.
• Competitors are defined as any individual/organization in the same line of business or with similar qualifications.

Pricing requirements:

• All prices must include delivery to Siyathemba Municipality in Prieska.
• Disqualification risks: Past fraud/corruption convictions, unpaid municipal rates/taxes (arrears >3 months), or contract terminations due to non-performance in the past 5 years.
