Deliverables include meeting boards, OPS units, wireless presentation pods, HDMI switchers, cabling, microphones, ceiling speakers, digital mixer, rack, installation fees and consumables – all with a 3‑year NBD warranty.
Project duration: approx. 4 weeks.
Key Resource/Team Leader must hold a relevant AV, electronics or electrical engineering certificate and have ≥5 years experience; provide certification and one‑page CV (Annexure B).
All equipment must be new, fit for Microsoft Teams integration and meet the quantities listed in the specification tables.
