• Submit the completed official tender forms (no re‑typing) in the tender box at Bergrivier Municipality, Kerk Street, Piketberg 7320. Late submissions are not accepted.
• Only non‑erasable ink may be used; correction fluid/tape is prohibited. Any amendment must be crossed out in ink and initialed.
• Required returnable documents (to be signed and attached): Authority to Sign a Bid, Tax Clearance Certificate or TCS Pin, B‑BBEE certificate, MBD 4‑9 forms (declarations of interest, past supply chain practices, independent bid determination, municipal account payment), OHSA form with Letter of Good Standing, Form of Indemnity, Pricing Schedule, Form of Offer, Declaration by Tenderer, and, where applicable, board resolution or partnership/consortium authorisation.
• For companies, a certified copy of the board resolution authorising the signatory must be attached; for close corporations, a members’ resolution; for partnerships, partner authorisations; for joint ventures, JV agreement and percentage contributions.
• Bids must be sealed, labelled with Tender No 8/3/54‑2025 MN279‑2025 and deposited before the closing time (11 February 2025, 12:00 hrs). Mailed, faxed or telegraphic submissions are not accepted.
• All prices must be quoted in South African Rand, inclusive of VAT. VAT must be shown on each invoice.
