Late, faxed, or emailed submissions are disqualified. Only bids on prescribed official documents are accepted. Attendance at the compulsory site meeting (19 February 2026, 11:00, Roads Department, Field Way, Caledon) is mandatory for consideration. Tender documents cost R286.00 (non-refundable, payable via EFT with company name and tender number as reference).
