• Must be a registered professional architect or architectural firm • relevant experience in architectural services • valid tax clearance and b-bbee certificate

- Submit bids in the tender box at mmsez offices, 93 biccard street, polokwane, 0699. - Closing date: 18 august 2026, 11:00. Late, telephonic, faxed, or emailed bids will not be accepted. - Use official forms only (do not re-type). Complete and sign all required forms. - Submit the tender document bound as received, including all returnable documents and schedules. - Mark the back of the envelope with tenderer's name, contact address, telephone number, and in the top left corner: "tender NO" and "tender for architectural services". - A two-envelope procedure is not followed; submit as a single package. - Tender validity period: 180 days from closing date. - NO tender clarification meeting will be held. - Ensure all required documents are included; missing documents may lead to disqualification. - Required returnable documents include: form of offer and acceptance (c1.1), Contract data, ownership particulars (MMSEZ-01), projects particulars (MMSEZ-02), declaration of interest (MMSEZ-05), board resolution (MMSEZ-06 or 07/08 for jv), independent bid determination (MMSEZ-09), preference points claim (MMSEZ-10), and activity schedule (c2.2.2 Or c2.2.3). - For jv/consortium: include jv agreement, power of attorney, and establishment document signed by all parties. - Proof of professional indemnity insurance at least twice the contract amount is required. - Company profile must show minimum 10 years experience in architectural services. - Provide proof of sacap registration for all professionals (lead and supporting). - Provide proof of csd registration. - All documents must be signed by authorised persons; attach proof of authority (e.g., Company resolution).

- Survey work must comply with tmh11 version 3.0 (April 2017), including topographical, site, structural, and monitoring surveys as specified. - Surveys must be undertaken by a registered surveyor or under the supervision of a registered partner/director of a survey organization (tmh11 chapter 1.18). - Road safety audits must be conducted for new and upgrading projects, with a minimum of 3 audits for new projects and 2 for upgrading projects, following the south african road safety audit manual (may 2012). - The road safety audit team must include a team leader (registered professional engineer/technologist with 10+ years' experience and recognized RSA course) and at least two additional members with relevant qualifications and experience. - The engineering service provider must develop the scope of works for the audit team, recommend team composition, request quotations, and manage the audit process. - Compliance with SANRAL and municipal spatial planning and land use management provisions is required, including reporting and rectifying any non-compliance. - Closing date for submissions is 21 august 2026 at 12:00 (as per official tender record).

- Submit a separate tender for each sanparks region you intend to serve. Sanparks will only award one region per engineering office. - Tenders must be submitted on the official tender documentation, fully completed in writing legibly in non-erasable black ink and signed where required. - Use of correction fluid is prohibited; corrections must be crossed out and initialled. - Include the following returnables: invitation to bid (sbd1), signed tender offer (form of offer), fully priced cost of works, record of addenda (if any), and proof of csd registration. - Mark the sealed envelope clearly with: "provision of electrical engineering services to the regions of sanparks for a period of 3 (three) years". - Deposit the sealed envelope only in the tender box at the main entrance gate, sanparks head office, groenkloof national park, 643 leyds street, muckleneuk, 0002, before the closing date and time. - The tender box is open 24/7. e-mail and late tenders will not be accepted. - If requested, provide additional clarification/documentation within 7 calendar days; failure to do so will disqualify the tender.
