The Lease of a large aircraft towing tug for South African Airways Technical for a period of 1 year

operations, i.e: A340 & A330 fleet.

- Tug must be airside compliant, certified, and fit for continuous operational use in a

commercial aviation environment.

- Lease period of 12 months, with an option for early termination should SAAT-owned

equipment become serviceable.

- Tug to be delivered to and operated at SAAT Main base Johannesburg and O.R

Tambo International airport.

- Maintenance, servicing, and repairs of the leased tug to be the responsibility of the

lessor for the duration of the lease.

- Provision of breakdown support and replacement equipment within an agreed

response time to avoid operational disruption.

- Compliance with all SAA / SAAT safety, regulatory, and airside operational

requirements.
