• If leasing office space, attach a valid lease agreement.

• If Municipal account is under parents, siblings, grandparents, attach an affidavit confirming no payment of rates.
• If Municipal account is under spouse, attach a marriage certificate.
• Provide a Certificate of Authority on company letterhead, signed by the Board of Directors, authorising signatory for all tender documents and contracts.

• Points allocated for location: within KZN province (5 points) verified on CSD portal by the Municipality.
