• Your submission must include the following compulsory documents:

• At least three written, contactable reference letters, purchase orders, or appointment letters.
• Completed and signed SBD Form 4.
• Proof of tax compliance: a valid SARS tax pin.
• A CSD supplier report proving registration on the Central Supplier Database.
• Evidence of conformance to the technical specifications.

• Non-compliance with these compulsory requirements will lead to disqualification.
• A grace period of at least 7 days may be granted to a preferred provider to rectify tax non-compliance; failure to do so results in disqualification.
• Your price quotation must remain valid for a minimum of 90 days.

• Compulsory returnables: Reference letters/orders, SBD Form 4, SARS tax pin, CSD report, specification conformance proof.
• Optional: B-BBEE certificate/declaration, CIPC registration.
• Proof for preference claims must be submitted to receive points.

Bidders must be tax compliant and registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD). Non-compliance with compulsory requirements leads to disqualification, except for tax matters where a 7-day grace period may be granted to the preferred provider. Quotes must remain valid for at least 90 days. Evaluation includes pre-screening for compulsory requirements, then 80/20 preferential procurement calculation (80 for price, 20 for specific goals including B-BBEE status, Free State location, and ownership by youth, women, and people with disabilities).

• Scope: Once-off supply and delivery of:

• 2 x Wet & Dry Vacuum Cleaners with minimum 28L tank and 1600W motor.
• 1 x Heavy Duty Industrial Vacuum Cleaner with minimum 80L stainless steel tank and 3000W motor.
• 2 x Heavy Duty Extension Cord Reels with minimum 10m length.

• All items must be delivered to: National Museum, 36 Aliwal Street, Bloemfontein.
• Attach photos of the products where possible.
• The contract is a once-off delivery.

• Complete the pricing table in the document, inclusive of VAT, for:

• Supply and delivery of 3 vacuum cleaners.
• Supply and installation of 2 extension cord reels.

• Submit your pricing in the table provided in the document, inclusive of VAT.
• The table requires a breakdown for:

• Supply and delivery of 3 vacuum cleaners.
• Supply and installation of 2 extension cord reels.
• VAT amount.
• Total price inclusive of VAT.

• Compulsory Requirements:

• Tax Compliance: Provide a valid SARS tax pin.
• CSD Registration: Provide a CSD supplier report.
• Provide at least three written, contactable references.
• Complete and sign SBD Form 4.
• Conform to the technical specifications.

• Additional (Non-Compulsory) Requirements:

• B-BBEE: A valid B-BBEE certificate or signed declaration can be submitted for extra points.
• Company Registration: Be an active company registered in South Africa; attach CIPC registration documents.

• Non-compliance with compulsory requirements leads to disqualification, except for tax matters where a 7-day grace period may apply.
• Preference points are awarded for B-BBEE status, Free State location, and ownership by youth, women, and people with disabilities.

• B-BBEE is a specific goal for preference points.
• Submit a valid B-BBEE certificate or signed declaration for additional scoring (optional).
• Points are also awarded for business location in the Free State, and for ownership by youth, women, and people with disabilities.

• The price quotation must remain valid for a minimum of 90 days, regardless of any shorter expiry date indicated on the quote.

• Compulsory: Tax compliance, CSD registration, references, SBD Form 4, specification conformance.
• Additional: B-BBEE certificate/declaration (optional), CIPC registration (optional).

• 80 points for price, 20 points for specific goals (B-BBEE, Free State location, youth/women/PWD ownership).
