Supply, delivery, and installation of an irrigation system as per specifications in Annexure A. Bidders must provide warranty details for goods and relevant experience documentation for services.

Prices must be quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and inclusive of VAT, delivery, insurance, and taxes. No price adjustments or amendments to delivery particulars will be considered. Quotation validity period must be indicated. Payment will be made upon receipt of a purchase order from the ARC.

Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and include their CSD registration number and full CSD report with the bid. B-BBEE compliance is required, with preference points awarded for specific goals (e.g., HDI, Women, Youth, PwD ownership, B-BBEE Level 1-4, SMME promotion). Completed and signed SBD forms must be submitted. Bidders listed in the Register for Tender Defaulters or List of Restricted Suppliers will be disqualified.

B-BBEE preference points are awarded under the 80/20 system. Specific goals and points: HDI ownership (51%+): 6 points, Women ownership (51%+): 4 points, Youth ownership (51%+): 4 points, PwD ownership (51%+): 2 points, B-BBEE Level 1-4: 2 points, Promotion of SMMEs: 2 points. Bidders must submit proof of claims. Failure to submit required documentation will result in no points for specific goals. Fraudulent claims may lead to disqualification, cost recovery, contract cancellation, or legal action.

Warranty details for goods must be clearly stated, including period and extent. For services, submit documentation of relevant experience. Quotation validity must be indicated. Prices are fixed in ZAR, inclusive of VAT, delivery, insurance, and taxes; no adjustments allowed. Supplier is fully responsible for execution and fulfilment. ARC reserves the right to accept/reject special terms. Quotes must be on official letterhead and signed. Goods/services supplied upon receipt of a purchase order. National Treasury’s General Conditions of Contract and ARC’s Supply Chain Management Code of Conduct apply. SBD forms must be signed and returned; failure may result in disqualification. ARC reserves the right to perform due diligence and benchmark prices.
