Quotations must comply with the specification (indicate 'Yes' or 'No' for each test, with deviations noted). Prices must be in ZAR, inclusive of VAT, delivery, insurance, and taxes. No price adjustments will be considered. Failure to submit SBD forms may result in disqualification.

Evaluation uses the 80/20 preference point system under the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act. Price accounts for 80 points (lowest acceptable price scores 80). Specific goals account for 20 points, allocated as follows: HDI ownership (51%+): 6 points; Women ownership (51%+): 4 points; Youth ownership (51%+): 4 points; Persons with Disabilities (PwD) ownership (51%+): 2 points; B-BBEE Status Level 1-4: 2 points; Promotion of SMMEs (RDP Goals): 2 points. Total possible: 100 points. Bidders must claim specific goals and submit proof to score these points.

Required tests and quantities: Alcohol (Picnometer): 20; pH: 30; Total Acidity: 30; Protein Stability: 15; Pinking: 5; Volatile Acidity: 30; Residual Sugar >8g/L: 15; Residual Sugar <8g/L: 15; Balling: 16; Tartrate Stability (Freezer, 72 hours): 15; Free SO2 (Aspiration): 30; Total SO2 (Aspiration): 30; Free SO2 (Ripper): 16; Total SO2 (Ripper): 16. Bidders must confirm compliance with each test (Yes/No) and note deviations.

Pricing must be in South African Rand (ZAR), inclusive of VAT, delivery, insurance, and all taxes. Quotations must include: unit price, total price per item, subtotal, VAT, and grand total. Validity period of the quotation must be specified. No price adjustments or amendments to delivery particulars will be accepted. Payment terms: goods/services supplied upon receipt of a purchase order from ARC.

Mandatory: (1) Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) with CSD number and full report included in the bid; (2) Completed and signed Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) forms; (3) B-BBEE Status Level 1-4 (2 points awarded under specific goals). Bidders must not be listed on the Register for Tender Defaulters or the List of Restricted Suppliers. Fraudulent claims for preference points may result in disqualification, contract cancellation, or legal action.
