Submit bids by 11:00 on 16 July 2026. Bids must be sealed in an envelope endorsed with the bid number (WTE-0534 CS) and the bidder's name. Deposit the bid in the bid box at the Entrance of Training Centre, Department of Water and Sanitation, Construction South, Clanwilliam Dam Site, Old N7 Route (Coordinates: 32°11’47.99’’S and 18°52’34.96’’E). Alternatively, submit to the Supply Chain Management Office. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids must be submitted on official forms provided (not re-typed). All blanks in the bid and appendix must be filled in. The original bid, covering letter, and supporting documents must be included. Bid documents must not be altered, separated, or have pages detached. Joint ventures must submit a notarially certified copy of the joint venture agreement and authorization certificates. Bids must be signed by an authorized person with proof of authority (e.g., Board Resolution for companies). Failure to comply with submission requirements will render the bid invalid.

Supply and delivery of laboratory equipment for the raising of Clanwilliam Dam in the Western Cape. Technical datasheets/brochures must be provided for all items, initialed by the bidder, and clearly indicate the item to be supplied and compliance with Technical Information Section 3.2.14. Goods must conform to standards mentioned in the bidding documents and specifications.
