• 2 licenses of Industrial Robotics Expert VR Software for 3 years.

Features: offline programming, collision analysis, safety assessment, digital twin synchronization.

• 2 licenses of Automotive Construction VR Software for 3 years.

Features: virtual prototyping, assembly simulation, virtual crash testing.

• Supplier responsibilities:
• Deliver equipment and software to Mossel Bay Campus.
• Install, commission, and make all equipment operational.
• Install all software applications.
• Provide training and ongoing support.
• Submit a company profile and two reference letters.

• Variation orders: For changes not exceeding 15% of original contract value, supplier may be instructed to deliver goods or services as is. For measurable quantities, unit price reductions may be requested, accepted if no price escalation.
