Bids must be sealed in an envelope endorsed with: 'ORIGINAL BID FOR BID: WTE-0535 CS: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF HIGH-PRESSURE PUMP FOR CLANWILLIAM DAM IN THE WESTERN CAPE FOR DWS CONSTRUCTION SOUTH' and include the bidder’s name. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids must be submitted on official forms (SBD1, SBD3.1, SBD4, SBD6.1) without re-typing. All blanks must be filled, and the bid must be signed. Joint ventures must submit a notarially certified copy of their joint venture agreement and authorization certificates. Failure to comply with submission requirements may render the bid invalid.

Supply and delivery of a high-pressure pump for Clanwilliam Dam in the Western Cape. Technical datasheets must be provided for: HP washers and spare rotating nozzles. Datasheets must clearly indicate the item to be supplied and compliance with the qualifying specifications in Technical Information Section 3.2.14. Ensure all technical specifications for the pump, motor, nozzle, lance, etc., are met as per the bid document.

All payments will be made via Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT). Pricing must be fully completed in Section 4 of the bid document and the Pricing Schedule. Failure to complete pricing will deem the bid invalid. Bidders must include all costs for labour, materials, machinery, and other necessities for execution and completion of the contract.

Mandatory compliance requirements: Register with National Treasury’s Central Supplier Database (CSD) and submit CSD report. Submit SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or Tax Clearance Certificate (verified via CSD/SARS). Submit CIPC/CIPRO registration certificate. Submit original or certified B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate (Level 1 or 2 for QSE/EME preferred). For joint ventures/consortia, each party must submit separate TCS certificates, PINs, or CSD numbers. Submit SBD4 (Declaration of Interest), SBD6.1 (Preference Points Claim Form), and proof of authority for signatories. Foreign suppliers must complete the Questionnaire for Bidding Foreign Suppliers if applicable. Bidders in service of the state or with state-employed directors/members are disqualified.
