Submission Guidelines

Only hard copies are accepted; faxed or emailed bids will be disqualified. Bids must be submitted on the original tender document issued by the Department—do not retype or redraft. Late submissions are not accepted. Ensure bids are properly sealed and addressed as per the tender document instructions.
Evaluation Criteria
