Compilation of the general and complementary valuation rolls and maintaining thereof for the financial years 1 july 2025 30 june 2030

GMT028/24-25- tender for the appointment of a service provider for the services of experienced and suitably qualified valuers for the compilation and maintenance of general valuation roll and supplementary valuation rolls as well as the supply of other valuation related services in compliance with the local government municipal property act, 2004 (act NO. 6 of 2004) as amended, from date of appointment until 30 june 2030.

Appointment of a panel of registered property valuers for a period of three years.

Appointment of a panel of independent property valuers; conveyancer and property/land legal practioners; and property advisory resources for dube tradeport corporation for a period of 36 months

Appointment of a service provider to conduct and prepare municipal valuation roll for a period of three (03) years

Compilation of a new valuation roll and subsequent updating of the valuation roll (supplementary) for period of 4 years in terms of local government municipal property rates act NO 6 of 2004- khai- ma local municipality.
