• Submit the quotation by e‑mail to [email protected]; use the RFQ number (6661/20/02/2026) and description as the e‑mail subject.

d) Meets the technical specification requirements.

Phase 2 – Price and Preference Points Evaluation:

• 80 % of the total score is based on price (lowest acceptable price receives 80 points; other bids scored proportionally).
• 20 % of the total score is based on preference points (specific goals – Black ownership up to 15 points, Black‑women ownership up to 5 points).
• Preference points are claimed using Annexure E; failure to submit proof means no points are awarded.
• Bids eliminated in Phase 1 are not evaluated for price or preference points.

Scope of Work (Annexure A):

• ISO 9001:2015 QMS Document Review.
• Project inception meeting.
• Pre‑audit document review.
• Stage 1 certification audit.
• Non‑conformance report (NCR) closure.
• Stage 2 certification audit.
• Final audit and certification recommendation.
• Issuance of ISO 9001:2015 certificate.
