• Scope is project‑specific; aluminium sizes will vary per project and will be defined in millimetres by SAAO. • Supplier must cut, shape and fabricate aluminium strictly to the specifications supplied for each order. • Quoted rate per kilogram is fixed for the whole contract and must be all‑inclusive (labour, cutting, fabrication, handling, transport, etc.). • No additional charges beyond the quoted rate will be accepted. • Lead‑time: delivery within 5‑7 working days after the order is placed. • Bidders must complete the two‑envelope submission (technical envelope and price envelope) as per the SBD forms. • All required due‑diligence documents (company profile, client references, source certification, CSD registration, signed SBD 1) must be submitted. • Failure to meet any of the above requirements will result in disqualification.
