Each proposal must include: a cover letter signed by an authorised representative, completed and signed annexure a (declaration of legal standing), company registration and ownership documents, valid tax clearance certificate, valid b-bbee certificate or sworn affidavit (for south african entities), proof of financial capacity or funding commitments, a list of contactable references for similar projects, and detailed pricing or investment values expressed in south african rand (ZAR). a powerpoint presentation summarising key highlights of the proposal must also be submitted. Failure to provide any mandatory submission document (phase 1) results in automatic disqualification.
