• Submit bids in duplicate: one hard copy and one soft copy (USB in pdf format), all bound in a sealed envelope. • Endorse the envelope with: 'gnt/windscreens services /06/2026: appointment of the panel of service providers for provision of windscreens services'. • Include the closing date, company name, and return address on the envelope. • Hand deliver or courier to: great north transport (gnt) head office, 130 a marshall street, polokwane. • Place the sealed envelope in the bid box at the main reception area. Do not submit at gnt regional offices. • If using a courier, endorse the delivery note/courier packaging with the bid description. • Late bids, or bids not in the bid box at closing time, will not be considered. • NO submissions by telegram, telex, email, or facsimile. • Amended bids must be in an envelope marked 'amendment to bid' and placed in the bid box before closing. • Bids must be in the prescribed response format. • Bidders are responsible for all preparation and submission costs. • Bids by companies must be signed by an authorized person, with a certified board resolution submitted. • Include a list of at least three referees. • Include copies of certificates from affiliated organizations.

To avoid immediate disqualification, submit the following mandatory documents: 1) signed copy of compliance with ESKOM vehicle safety specifications (32-345). 2) fully completed annexure a3 questionnaire, including brochures for verification of technical specifications. 3) written proof of oem registration or authorized distributorship agreement. 4) proof of a minimum 12-month warranty certificate from the oem, covering engine, electronics, braking, steering, suspension, and cab. 5) signed reference letters proving a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar scope of work.
