Other mandatory documents: - original valid tax clearance certificate or SARS tax compliance pin. - Proof of registration on national treasury central supplier database (csd). - Municipal rates and taxes statement not older than 3 months (alm bidders: statement showing NO debt; non-alm bidders: proof from their respective municipalities). Lease agreements or sworn affidavits accepted. - Audited financial statements for the last 3 financial years. - Signed confirmation of funding availability from financiers or bank confirmation for own funding. - Organisational structure with team members, roles, certified ID copies, certified qualifications, and detailed cvs. - Service level agreement (SLA) or mou/moa for at least one completed shopping mall development project. - Detailed methodology statement with cost and time breakdown per project phase. - 3D architectural concept sketch of the proposed development. - Bank rating letter demonstrating access to investment capital. - All copies originally certified and not older than 3 months. - All pages signed where required; corrections by single line strike-through with initialled alterations (NO tippex). - Joint ventures/consortiums: signed jv agreement and all returnable documents for each partner.
