• Bidders must be registered electrical contractors • submission of bids by 2026/05/05 • compliance with BBBEE and other relevant regulations

• Rehabilitation of the bethlehem landfill site • service provider to be appointed for a period of 6 months • relevant experience and qualifications required

• CIDB contractor grading applicable to swimming pool/structural works • attendance at compulsory briefing session at bakenpark hall • BBBEE credentials and valid tax clearance certificate

• Demonstrated experience in township engineering services installation • proven capability in first home finance project administration and construction • CIDB grading and valid BBBEE certificate

Returnable documents:

• Obtain the tender documents (free download or pay a non‑refundable cash fee of r1 000,00 per set at the municipality office). • Submit one original and one electronic copy (pdf on flash drive) of the complete bid, sealed in an outer envelope marked with the municipality’s address (9 muller street east, bethlehem, 9700) and the contract number/description. • Use black, non‑erasable ink; pencil or coloured ink will lead to disqualification. • Complete all returnable schedules (tax clearance, company registration, csd proof, b‑bbee certificate, etc.) And attach all required annexes (quality management system, public liability cover, msds, emergency response plan, driver hazchem certificates, etc.). • Sign and initial every page and schedule; the document must be fully signed by an authorised signatory. • Follow the two‑envelope system if indicated: technical proposal in one envelope, financial proposal in a second envelope, both sealed and labelled correctly. • Submit the bid NO later than 12:00 on 16 january 2026 at the bid box on the ground floor of the municipality. Late bids will be returned unopened. • Bids must be submitted on the municipality’s forms only; any deviation, pencil entry, or missing rate in the bill of quantities results in immediate disqualification. • Proof of payment for the document fee, csd registration report and all required certificates must be included with the bid.
