• Submit the bid response by 12:00 (south african time) on 25 february 2026. • Complete annexure b (pricing proposal) and attach IT to the sdb 3.3 Form. • The pricing proposal must be presented in a separate sealed envelope marked as a returnable schedule and handed in together with the rest of the bid. • The pricing sheet must follow the exact structure of annexure b; any unauthenticated alterations will lead to disqualification. • Indicate a ceiling price based on the total estimated time for all phases, including all expenses and applicable taxes. • State whether the quoted rates are firm for the full contract period (yes/no). • Provide the period required to commence the project after acceptance and the estimated man‑days for completion. • Offer must remain valid for 145 days from the closing date.
