• Valid psira registration and vip protection grading • CIDB contractor grading designation applicable to security services • minimum BBBEE status level as per tender data

• All bids must be delivered in a sealed envelope to the tender box at the municipality’s main office (lot 103, main street, nongoma, 3950) NO later than 12:00 pm on 26 february 2026. Late, faxed, emailed or telegraphic submissions will be rejected. • Bids must be hand‑delivered; electronic submissions are not accepted. • Use the official municipal bid documents (mbd) – forms mbd 1, 4, 8 and 9 – and complete them in indelible black ink. Do not re‑type the forms. • Required returnable documents (see schedule 2): – resolution of board of directors (or jv/consortium resolution) – commitment of tenderer – record of addenda (if any) – compulsory enterprise questionnaire – municipal service account – mbd 1 invitation to bid, mbd 3.3 Pricing schedule, mbd 4 declaration of interest, mbd 6.1 Preference points claim form, mbd 8 declaration of supplier’s past performance, mbd 9 certificate of independent bid determination. • Include csd registration number, tax clearance certificate or SARS pin, VAT registration, ID copies of directors, cipc registration documents, proof of at least one attorney registered with the legal practice council, recent utility bill or lease proof, and bank account confirmation letter. • Failure to complete any mandatory document or to provide the required evidence may lead to disqualification. • A non‑refundable tender fee of r400 must be paid in cash at the municipal cashier’s office. • Appeals against award decisions must be lodged in writing within 14 days of the intention‑to‑award notice to [email protected].
