• Bids must be hand‑delivered or couriered as original hard copies to sanas offices (libertas office park, corner libertas & highway streets, pretoria 0184) by 03 march 2026 @ 11:00. Late submissions are automatically disqualified. • Submit one hard copy consisting of two sealed envelopes/folders: one labelled “technical proposal” and one labelled “financial proposal”. • Include one USB stick containing the same technical and financial documents in electronic form. • Cover page must show the bid reference number, description and supplier name. • All standard bidding documents (sbd 1, 4, 6.1, 7.2, 3.3 Pricing schedule) must be completed in ink, signed and initialed on every page. • Provide csd (maaa) registration number, tax compliance status pin and VAT registration details. • NO bids via fax, email, telegram, telex or any other electronic medium will be accepted. • Bidders must declare they have read and understood the entire document on the last page. • Failure to follow the two‑envelope/usb format or to include any pre‑qualifier documents results in immediate disqualification.
