Deposit the document in the tender box at 69 Devereux Avenue, Vincent, East London. Electronic, telegraphic, telephonic, telex, or facsimile submissions are not accepted. Late submissions will be rejected.

Responsive tenders undergo an arithmetic check and a risk assessment. Risk assessment considers commercial risk, current workload under SAFE/ASIDI programs (max 5 projects allowed), and technical/managerial capacity.
