Payment terms: Interim payments are subject to percentage adjustments based on selected security (90-99% of certified value, depending on stage and security type). Compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act and Construction Regulations is mandatory. Anti-corruption: Contract includes definitions and prohibitions for corrupt and fraudulent practices. Contractors must avoid such practices in procurement and execution. Insurance: Contractor must maintain adequate insurance for works, injury, and property damage. High-risk areas: If applicable, contractor bears full risk for catastrophic ground movement (e.g., sinkholes) and must provide proof of insurance within 21 days of commencement.
