A 7-day grace period may be granted for missing administrative documents, except where non-submission results in automatic disqualification.

The evaluation follows a two-stage process: 1) Mandatory requirements (CIDB 1SO or higher, COIDA Letter of Good Standing, Compulsory Enterprise Questionnaire). 2) Functionality (100 points) and Price/Preference (80/20 system). Functionality requires submission of signed reference letters on client letterhead detailing plumbing experience and contract duration. A minimum threshold of 60% for functionality is required to proceed to the price and preference stage.

Provision of plumbing services at Golden Gate Highlands National Park, including: 1) Alterations: Breaking brickwork for pipe access (20m2) and internal plastering (25m2). 2) Plumbing: Supply and installation of uPVC pipes (40mm/50mm) and fittings, Class 2 copper pipes (15mm/22mm/28mm) with cobra capillary and conex compression fittings. 3) Testing: Waste and water pipe system testing. 4) Finishing: Painting internal walls (20m2) using approved primer and paint.

Pricing must be submitted using the provided pricing schedule (excl. VAT). No alternative offers are permitted. Payment terms are 30 days from receipt of invoice per PFMA requirements.

Mandatory: CSD registration, CIDB grading 1SO or higher, valid COIDA Letter of Good Standing, and Compulsory Enterprise Questionnaire. Returnables: SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, and B-BBEE certificate/sworn affidavit.
