80/20-point system: 80 points for price, 20 points for specific goals. To claim points for specific goals, submit proof/required documents. The Council reserves the right to accept any tender or part thereof and is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender.

Bidders must be registered with the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA). Valid SARS Tax Compliance Status Pin may be requested. Must register on Kouga Municipality’s Supplier Database. Submit National Treasury Central Supplier Database Summary report. Additional vetting may be conducted by the Municipality.
