Companies must achieve minimum 70 functionality points across: Relevant Experience and Projects Completed (40 points), Qualified Technical Personnel (40 points), Methodology and Work Plan (20 points). Must comply with all mandatory document requirements. State employees/persons working for the state cannot be awarded. Must be registered on CSD.

Scope: Provision of network maintenance and CCTV services for a panel of service providers over a 2-year period. Bidders must demonstrate capability in these areas as part of the evaluation criteria.

Prices must be firm and inclusive of VAT for VAT-registered vendors. No additional pricing details specified.

Mandatory documents (failure to submit will disqualify bids): SARS confirmation with verification pin, company registration/Founding Statement/CIPC document, originally certified ID copies of Managing Directors/Owners, properly filled MBD forms 1, 4, 6.1, 8, and 9, and a Billing Clearance Certificate or Statement of Municipal Accounts (or affidavit/lease agreement/residential confirmation) with a declaration that active directors do not owe municipal services for more than 90 days. Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide proof of registration. Document certification must be within 30 days of submission.

80/20 preference point system: 20 points allocated as 4 points each for 50%+ youth ownership, 50%+ female ownership, 100% Black ownership, people living with disability, and Umzimvubu Local Municipality-based suppliers.
