Proposals submitted via links or 'WeTransfer' will be rejected. Ensure your quotation is received on time by SABS. The quotation must be on your company letterhead. Required documents to submit with your quotation: National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration report, valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (to claim specific goals), SBD 4 Bidders Disclosure Form, and SBD 6.1 Preference Points Claim Form in terms of the Preferential Procurement Regulations 2022.

Required services include: Groenkloof site - 2 x compactible skips with 8 lifts per month, 5 x non-compactible skips with 4 lifts per month, 1 x lockable condom skip with 1 lift per month, management fees, consumables, and salaries for 2 waste sorters (fixed at R12,200). Nefta site - 1 x non-compactible skip with 1 lift per month. Quotations must be provided for 23 June 2026 and 22 September 2026.
Financial Requirements
