Ensure your quotation is received on time by SABS. The quotation must be on your company letterhead. Required documents to submit with your quotation: National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration report, valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (to claim specific goals), SBD 4 Bidders Disclosure Form, and SBD 6.1 Preference Points Claim Form in terms of the Preferential Procurement Regulations 2022.

Scope of work: Collection, separation, transportation, and proper disposal of waste at SABS Groenkloof (Pretoria) and Nefta site for a period of 3 months. Required services include: Groenkloof site - 2 x compactible skips with 8 lifts per month, 5 x non-compactible skips with 4 lifts per month, 1 x lockable condom skip with 1 lift per month, management fees, consumables, and salaries for 2 waste sorters (fixed at R12,200). Nefta site - 1 x non-compactible skip with 1 lift per month. Quotations must be provided for 23 June 2026 and 22 September 2026.

Quotation must be all-inclusive of VAT, transportation costs (if applicable), disbursements, and a fixed price. For foreign currencies, bidders must make provision for forward cover. No upfront or advance payments will be made by SABS. Payment will only be made upon delivery of services or goods as agreed. SABS will not be responsible for any bidder costs associated with the preparation or submission of the quotation.

Mandatory requirements: City of Tshwane waste management transportation licence, Waste Permit (Section 20 of NEMA, can be third-party), valid COIDA registration from the Department of Labour, and Legal Liability insurance (R5 million). Bidders who do not meet these requirements will be disqualified. The scope includes proper disposal of waste in compliance with environmental regulations. A Waste Permit under Section 20 of NEMA is mandatory (can be third-party). The service must ensure environmentally responsible waste management practices at SABS Groenkloof and Nefta sites.
