Scope: Tenant installation for East London Office (Waverley Office Park) with strict adherence to RAF Corporate Identity (Annexure A - 2025).

Floor Finishes:

• Carpet tiles (Monn Carpets, Bureau range, Grid colour, 500x500mm, 7mm thick, 100% Solution Dyed Aquifil Alto Chroma Nylon 6, permanent static control) or equivalent approved.
• Carpet skirting (100mm high, Easy Skirt PVC profile, colour 005 Grey) or equivalent.
• Timber flooring (Grandeco vinyl wood plank, Beech 914) or equivalent for pause/wet areas.
• Timber flooring skirting (100mm high, Natural Anodized Aluminium).
• Transition strips (Aluminium Retro-fit reducer, Natural Anodised, Genesis APS TVA) for floor level differences.
• Porcelain floor tiles (600x600x10mm, unpolished, Union Tiles ZZ6877B6, Natural Neutral Stone colour, Dove Grey grout, 3mm joints) or equivalent.
• Porcelain skirting (100mm high, matching floor tiles).

Wall & Door Finishes:

• Paint (Plascon Polvin PVA): Basic colours (Rothco E18-4, White Maas Y2-A2-2), accent colours (Meadow Lane B18-7, Sparkling Lemon Lime Y6-A1-1, Shallot B19-4, Summer Memory Y2-A1-3, Turquoise Sky G7-A2-1, Park Water B4-C2-1).
• Wall tiles (200x200mm, matte white, commercial quality, water/mildew-proof, 2mm joints, white grout) for wet areas.
• Door colour (Plascon Chicago Times GR-B05, Satin Enamel).
• Ironmongery: Door handles (DCL Trinity, Solid Brushed Stainless Steel lever with escutcheon, cylinder lock + 3 keys) or equivalent; Shopfront pull handles (Karcher ES3-600 71, satin stainless steel, 32mm diameter, 600mm length).
• Wallpaper (Design Syndicate Grass Cloth LCK ZO337 or Paradigm PARA 1938 Black & Gold) for accent walls in meeting rooms/reception.

Ceiling & Lighting:

• Suspended ceiling panels (Bit Drywall Copacabana, Acoustic Mineral Fibre, Constellation finish, 1195x595x15mm, square edge) or equivalent.
• Light fittings: Delta Softline (I106, mild steel, 600x120mm, 3x54W Tube Lamps) or Divaluce 2230 (fixed, low glare, white, 12V 50W) or equivalents.

Window Finishes:

• Roller blinds (Luxaflex Aurora Deco Screen, Granite 850017, max 3100mm width, 4000mm height) or equivalent.
• Blockout roller/vertical blinds (Blind Designs Geneva, Flagstone, max 3000mm width) or equivalent for sunlight-prone areas.

Pause Areas:

• Shopfitted back unit (custom timber carcase, gloss white automotive spray paint, 32mm Black Rustenburg granite top, square edge with 5mm chamfer, 100mm aluminium skirting, stainless steel bar handles).
• Prep bowl (Franke Rondo RDX 610-48, Ø485mm) or equivalent.
• Sink mixer (Isca Chloe EX7003, chrome) or equivalent.
• 100mm black granite splashback with 3 rows of white ceramic tiles above.

Standards: All materials must match existing finishes where alterations require continuity. Equivalents require prior approval for suitability.
